None of our Design Subscriptions require a contract. You can pause or cancel at any time. Website Subscriptions do have a contract - but you can pause or cancel at any time. Your website will go offline if you cancel.

What does pausing do?

Billing cycles are for a 30 day period. If you pause any time before the 30 days are up, you can then return at any time and resume the remainder of your billing cycle. For example: If you pause your service on the 15th day, when you resume your service you’ll have 15 remaining days left.
